Chad practices statewide in Rhode Island. He regularly appears at the 6th Division (Providence), 2nd Division (Newport), 3rd Division (Warwick), 4th Division (Wakefield), and the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal (Cranston). His main office is at 970 Main Street in West Warwick.
